Do normal people feel acutely lonely at some point almost every day? Do normal people feel stressed and worried to the point of crying if they actually do ever talk about it? Do normal people talk about it? Do they feel comfortable calling someone to talk to about it? Do they feel like they are just complaining and that the other person doesn't have time for it? Do they feel like they have more than one good friend who they can trust that they will not annoy and trust with their secrets and worries and foolish feelings?

Normal people don't have the life stesses and pressures that you have to deal with under day to day bases.
You are not complaining. You're having a really hard time in life right now. It's not about being normal, it's about recognizing the fact that it's normal to react to the bad things that happen to or around you.
Talk. To friends, to this blog, to your counselor, to whoever you need to.
The strong choice is admitting when things are wrong, admitting when you're hurt, and being able to talk about it with the people around you.
And I wish someone had told me this when I was feeling like you do now, so I hope it helps.
Thank you for encouraging me to give legitimacy to my feelings. Hope to see you soon.
